How long can I receive my order?
In general, sample time: 7-10 days; Mass production time: 15-25 days.
Your order will be transported by DHL, FedEx, or other express, which usually takes 3-7 working days.

Do you ship custom scarves internationally?
Yes. Sinosilk provides international shipping on all orders. Our trusted logistics partners, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others, will ensure secure global delivery.

What file format should I supply my scarf designs?
1. File size: same as scarf
2. Bleeding: 1cm each side for machine hem; 1.5cm for hand rolled hem.
3. File type: better tiff, also we can use pdf, jpg, psd.
4. Resolution: 150-300 dpi. -
Could you iron the scarf to the size I want? Is there any extra charge?
We normally do ironing free of charge. If you have particular requirements on the ironed size and packing, we need to negotiate an additional charge.

Can I add my own logo directly on your existing design? How is it charged?
Yes. The specific cost is determined by the quantity of your order, fabric and printing method. There will be no extra charge.

Can you match pantone colors?
Before commencing the design process, kindly share your requirements and furnish us with the Pantone color values you desire. If feasible, provide us with some details about your brand to facilitate the creation of a design that aligns with your preferences and brand identity.

Can I use block colors in my design?
It’s a risky choice that we advise against. Block colors are less suitable for digital printing compared to designs with multiple patterns and colors. Uneven printing or ink spots can be more noticeable on a solid color or white background due to block colors, potentially affecting the print outcome. Color overlapping between different blocks, especially in double-sided printing, can also pose challenges. To ensure the highest product quality, we recommend avoiding the use of block colors in your scarf design.
